Welcome to ROJBAZZAR. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ROJBAZZAR mobile application (“App”) and services operated by ROJBAZZAR PRINCE PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Service
ROJBAZZAR provides grocery delivery services within specific serviceable areas in India. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information including your name, phone number, and delivery address.
Orders and Fulfillment
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or before a delivery partner is assigned.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Unavailable Items
If an item is unavailable, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued automatically.
Partial Fulfillment
If an order is partially fulfilled, you may refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery and receive a refund for the amount paid online.
Pricing and Charges
- Each order may include a delivery fee.
- There are no platform fees or hidden charges.
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Transparency: What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay — no surprises after you place your order.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed automatically in the following cases:

Delivery Terms
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on distance, traffic, and demand.
- If delivery is significantly delayed, you may refuse the order at the time of delivery and receive a refund.
Customer Unavailability
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:
- The order may be cancelled.
- You will receive a refund excluding delivery charges.
Acceptance of Order
- Once you accept the order at delivery, the responsibility of the items transfers to you.
- No returns are accepted after delivery.
Important: Please inspect your order carefully before signing off on delivery. Once accepted, we are unable to process returns.
Returns Policy
- We do not offer returns due to the nature of grocery and single-use products.
- You are advised to verify your order at the time of delivery before accepting it.
Tip: Check quantities, product condition, and expiry dates at the door — before accepting the delivery.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate delivery details.
- Be available to receive orders.
- Use the App responsibly and in good faith.
Warning: Repeated refusal to accept orders may result in account suspension or permanent blocking.
Account and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTP verification.
- Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
Service Availability
- Our services are limited to specific serviceable zones.
- We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
- In case of incorrect, damaged, or missing items, we may offer a refund or compensation.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
ROJBAZZAR is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by factors outside our reasonable control including weather, traffic, or third-party service disruptions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
